That’s a wrap on the Brain Health Revolution Summit 2024! A huge message of gratitude to all attendees, our team, and especially the public health advocates and experts that lent their time and efforts to helping support our mission to make health resources and evidence-backed information available to the masses. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2025!

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

A Brain Health Revolution is Happening.

We Want YOU to Be Part of It.

No matter what stage of life you’re in, supporting and protecting your brain is the most important action you can take. No matter what your health goals are (memory, focus, hormonal health, sharp thinking skills, disease prevention), it all starts with your brain.

Brain health is ALL health.

The revolution is happening because we know more than we’ve ever known about how to optimize our brains. We’re on a mission to share this information with the world, because a world in which people know how to maintain a healthy brain well into old age is a better world for everyone.

We’ve brought together some of the most brilliant, well-respected experts in the world to speak to you – for free – about how to join the brain health revolution so that you can achieve ultimate health. No gimmicks. Just pure science delivered in a way that’s engaging, easy to understand, and most importantly, actionable.

Access to Expert Knowledge

Many of our guest expert names may be unfamiliar to you, but they are absolute geniuses in their respective fields of study. You know when you hear someone on social media saying “the latest study found…” – well, these are the people behind those studies. We’re taking you straight to the source of the brain health revolution!

Zero-Cost, Virtual Access, Flexible Timing

There is no cost to join. The full line-up of each day’s sessions will become available at 9:00am, and you will have until October 13th to watch and rewatch whenever and wherever you’d like! With varying schedules and interests, we want you to have access to this information in a way that best fits your needs.

Improved Cognitive Function

The knowledge you will gain from participating in this Summit is truly revolutionary. You will learn brain health strategies to enhance memory, focus, and problem-solving abilities, which can help lead to sharper cognitive performance. Best of all, you’ll learn directly from world-leading experts.

Preventive Care for Diseases

The focus of this Summit is your brain – but brain health is ALL health. You will learn what the latest prevention science is revealing on how to prevent brain and cardiovascular diseases. Participating in the Summit will equip you with the knowledge you need to help yourself achieve optimal health.

Boosted Mental Clarity and Energy

This revolution only matters if it impacts your life in a profound way. Our guest experts are world-renowned scientists and will share evidence that demonstrates how and why implementing brain-healthy lifestyle changes can lead to increased mental clarity, sustained energy levels, and reduced brain fog.

Truth in a Sea of Disinformation

As scientists operating in a world of self-proclaimed experts, we face a battle in bringing people the truth. This is why the revolution is necessary. We live in an amazing time, with incredible access to information. Our goal is to cut through the noise and disinformation to bring you the truth for your health.

A Revolutionary Approach to Brain Health

Once sessions are made available, they will be available until Sunday, October 13th.

Day 1: The Brain Health Landscape: From Insights to Action

Available starting Monday, September 30th at 9:00am ET

We open with a comprehensive look at the “big picture” and the current landscape of brain health and brain disease.

This will set a foundation for the rest of the Summit, discussing topics like GI health, sleep, the impact of genes, our environment, and more.

Day 2: Mental Health Matters and Heart Health for a Stronger Brain

Available starting Tuesday, October 1 at 9:00am ET

Day 2 is split into two parts—mental health and heart health—because both of these areas are critical to brain health. Respectively: we’ll learn from experts how mental health issues like stress, trauma, and attention influence your brain health, then we’ll learn how cardiovascular health affects your brain function, cognitive decline, and stroke risk.

Day 3: Women’s Brain Health: Hormones, Longevity, and Vitality

Available starting Wednesday, October 2 at 9:00am ET

Day 3 will take a deeper dive into women’s brain health as it changes over their lifespan. Our expert speakers will discuss the hormonal nuances of women’s brains (and how the male brain differs cognitively) and examine how brain aging affects women specifically.

Day 4: Emerging Challenges in Brain Health

Available starting Thursday, October 3 at 9:00am ET

Sometimes, little details make big differences… and that’s just as true with brain health. On Day 4, we’ll crack open four topics in emerging brain-health science that aren’t yet in mainstream discussion (but should be): children’s brain health, headaches, traumatic brain injuries, and the impact of hearing loss on cognitive decline.

Day 5: Fuel for Thought: Nutrition, the Gut, and the Brain

Available starting Friday, October 4 at 9:00am ET

Did you know that your brain and your gut are best friends? Their complex relationship is called the gut-brain axis and it’s one of the most important systems in your body—so on Day 5, we’ll be learning from leading experts on optimal nutrition for your gut and brain alike.

Day 6: Move, Breathe, Thrive: Exercise and Stress Management

Available starting Saturday, October 5 at 9:00am ET

If you’re interested in unlocking your brain’s full potential, understanding the effects of exercise and stress management on brain health is crucial. Day 6’s speakers will teach you how to incorporate these practices into your daily routine so that you can enhance your cognitive performance, prevent neurodegenerative diseases, and maintain emotional balance.

Day 7: Recharge and Optimize: Sleep and Cognitive Performance

Available starting Sunday, October 6 at 9:00am ET

Day 7’s guest experts have some tips for immediately improving your brain health! You’ll learn why true, restorative rest is crucial for optimal brain function and disease prevention. You’ll also learn science-driven methods for increasing your clarity of thought and improving cognitive performance and focus.
