Dr. Frank Cusimano is a researcher and a gastroenterologist at the forefront of gut health. Frank has a masters degree in Biotechnology with concentration in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University, a PhD MPhil in Nutritional and Metabolic Biology from Columbia University Institute of Human Nutrition, and is physician and Gastroenterologist in New York.

As both a nutrition expert and an athlete, Frank brings a unique blend of dietary expertise and biochemistry to his conversations about the effects of nutrition and exercise to health. As if this wasn’t enough of an inspiration, Frank has been a competitive athlete since 2009.

From powerlifting, to cycling, to triathlons, to running: Frank believes weight training, functional movements, and endurance training play an important role in human health and longevity. His discussions are informative, inspiring, and help debunk persistent health myths on social media.
