Dr Alan Flanagan, PhD, holds a Master’s degree (MSc)  and a PhD in nutrition from the University of Surrey, and is a former practicing Lawyer (Barrister) from Dublin, Ireland. He is a nutrition researcher and lecturer with a focus on evidence-based approaches to diet and lifestyle. He specializes in circadian biology and the impact of meal timing on health outcomes.

Dr. Flanagan is known for simplifying complex nutritional science for the public, promoting informed choices that enhance long-term health. He is actively involved in public education through webinars, podcasts, and online platforms, contributing to making nutrition science accessible to all.
